Administrative Assistant

What I do: I deal with general enquiries for new and existing clients. I work on teams making sure all policy information and files are kept up to date. I also cover a wide range of administrative duties.

Brief Background: Born in Dumfries, now living outside Lochmaben on the family farm with my husband Graham and two boys Calum and Craig. Previously I worked at Currie Solutions for 31 years being part of an accounts team.

Favourite part of my job: I enjoy all aspects of my work, no two days are the same. Really enjoy meeting and dealing with clients and being able to assist and provide support to them. I also like helping other staff members with any administrative duties.

Outside work: Springtime on the farm is so enjoyable at lambing and calving bringing new life into the world. Spending time with my family, eating out, gardening, cooking/baking and walking when I get time.
