What I Do: I cover many areas of administration, supporting advisers and other support staff, as well as answering the phone dealing with client and provider enquiries.

Brief Background: I grew up near Castle Douglas and have lived near Lochmaben for the last 28 years. I have always worked in the Financial Services Industry. My first job was in a bank, and I now have over 23 years of experience working in financial services administration.

Favourite Part of my Job: I enjoy helping people whether that is clients or colleagues. There have been many changes over the years, and I still embrace the challenge of learning new things.

 Outside work: I have two grown up daughters that I still love to spend time with. We all enjoy days out to the theatre to see musicals and an occasional trip abroad. I also try to catch up with friends as often as I can, this usually involves coffee nowadays. I love to read so there is usually a book open at home.
